[Tor-BSD] Call for Help for Tor network

If you haven't seen yesterday's Tor blog, there's a call for help to
test Tor relay routes.

scamper is in the FreeBSD ports in net/ and also in OpenBSD packages
(for 5.4/amd64, at least).

Definitely worth contributing.  I'll be conducting this from a few
relays later, and will report back anything interesting.
