[Tor-BSD] Two heavy FreeBSD relays

The list of the top bandwidth carriers has changed over the past several
days.  There are now two .NL relays running FreeBSD pushing over 23MB of
traffic, "Unnamed" and "SecxFreeBSD64."  Previously, there were none in
the top 25 relays.

Only one of them has a contact, but it would be worth hearing if they
are doing anything in particular to push that much traffic.  Outside of
having the bandwidth and a decent provider ;)
