[Tor-BSD] Tor on OpenBSD

I sent this to the trac submitter for the Tor Project, who posted on
OpenBSD's misc@ list.  But worth posting here, obviously.

We have NYCBUG1 running OpenBSD for a while, but not a lot of bandwidth
to spare in our cabinet.

A bit of attention was given to Tor on OpenBSD, and this is all you
really need to know AFAIK.

$ cat /etc/rc.conf.local

tor_flags="-f /etc/tor/torrc"


Add to /etc/login.conf:

tor:\
        :openfiles-max=8192:\
        :tc=daemon:

And in /etc/sysctl.conf

kern.maxfiles=20000

I think that about does it.
