Right, so one of the problems (and I hear okan chuckling) is that we
have a lot of different channels to communicate on.

This list, tor-talk plus ports@, not to mention misc@ and talk@ for NYC*BUG.

We tend to ping ports@ only when it's specifically related to a
release.. i would assume the excess noise is not appreciated.  We have
pinged ports@ on 5.0.3.
