[Tor-BSD] FreeBSD pkg version of tor and tor-devel

I just submitted a bug report on this
(https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=203014) regarding tor
and tor-devel in ports and pkgs.

I was wrong about the ports, as freshports.org seems inaccurate.  But
"pkg rquery" does show that tor-devel is at 0.2.6.7, while tor is at
0.2.6.9.

Anyone know anything about this?
