[Tor-BSD] FreeBSD, Docker & TorBSD (Relay)

Ahoj!

If anyone here is also trying Docker, there's a container available to
run a Tor Relay based on FreeBSD 12.0-CURRENT (r303717) and
security/tor-devel (2.8.5-rc).

Believing that you might know what to do - as long as this is just an
usual jail setup - I don't see myself writing a "how to" here for this
