[Tor-BSD] openbsd 6.0: tor running as root user

Does the log suggest that the daemon's working otherwise? Can you use
it? I can imagine that if the daemon gets stuck on a stage that requires
root and needs to retry continually, that could cause it to remain root.

I'm running an OpenBSD 6.0 snapshot and Tor package that I downloaded a
couple hours ago, and it's running as _tor.
