[Tor-BSD] Porting Pets on TDP Wiki

We haven't formally announced yet, but TDP now has a wiki which is
focused on Tor running on the BSDs.

A few people on this list have logins.

I spent the morning updating "Porting PETs"
(http://wiki.torbsd.org/doku.php?id=en:porting-pets) which is a good
hit-list for anyone who does porting, local port hackathons, etc.

As the page clearly states, some are worth spending the time on, some
are not.

We really should aim to have each BSD column green and current.
