It's all a GUI so most of it is straightforward yes.

Updating that wiki with some changes I got merged is on my todo list,
so if you see any room for improvement let me know. 

However I'm not completely satisfied with the current state of the
plugin code. I have an outstanding pull request that fixes some ExitACL
issues I ran into (current code doesnt work with wildcards). 
And I'm still contemplating writing a bit of code that allows uploading
a dirfrontpage.

The stuff I've 'coded' so far has been low hanging fruits. There are
more things that could be done. 

The way I've set it up is all quite hacky anyway... My ISP hands me
down an additional /29, and I've set up the network adress as an alias
with mask of 32 to run a Tor exit on. Since network adresses are not
used by anything anymore it works, though isnt quite RFC.
