[Tor-BSD] more obfs4proxy bridges

Greetings all.
There's significant censorship events right now in .ir, and the most
useful mitigation seems to be obfs4proxy bridges.

The BSD bridges running obfs4proxy are few and far between:

Now that obfs4proxy is in all (?most) of the BSD ports trees, it's a
good time to add it to existing bridges. Been running fine for me on
OpenBSD -stable.
And bump up the bandwidth if you can, at least temporarily.
