Yup. I saw this on some of my machines a few weeks ago (2017-12-12), and
I brought it up with George on IRC. It corrected itself about about 3
hours later. 

Normally I would have chalked it up to Atlas being slow to update, but
when I upgraded, Atlas had the new version right away. But the message
about the relay being outdated took a while to update. *shrugs*
