iX Systems stands out to me in this.  They've been one of the primary
backers of PC-BSD and have been in the commercial BSD space for quite some
time (BSDi -> Walnut Creek -> Wind River | iX Systems).  I've never used
them for anything though so I can't exactly speak from experience on this.
