[CDBUG-talk] Perl (off-topic for BSD)

Perhaps too we could get someone to do an "intro to scripting
languages/Perl" talk at CDBUG. Since a number of BSDs come with Perl in
the default install.
NYC*BUG did a regexp crash course meeting last year and it was awesome.
