Here's the AsiaBSDcon 2016 CfP. The BSDCan 2016 CfP has already been
released.
Cons are a great way to meet new *BSD people and chat about the
interesting work you're doing, so don't feel like you can't put in a talk!

GNN tells us:

I would like to announce AsiaBSDCon in the next year, 10-13 March
 2016 in Tokyo, Japan.  You might see BSDCan 2016 call for papers, but
 please do not forget this will be held before it ;)

 Papers, videos, and photos of the past AsiaBSDCon can also be found
 there (last year's ones are not ready yet but will be added soon).
 The venue of AsiaBSDCon 2016 will be the same as before.

 The paper submission deadline is *January 8, 2016*.  Tutorial
 proposals are also being accepted but note that the deadline is
 December 31, 2015 (1 week before).  Please spread this to your
 friends in BSD communities and your GSoC students, and encourage them
 to attend (and write a paper).  If you are planning to submit a paper
 but you need some more time, financial support, and/or visa
 application support to visit Japan, please contact
 secretary at asiabsdcon.org.  Thank you!
