Well, it's either R or, more likely, Ruby. I'm sure someone's written a
web app in R. And I'm betting Postgres rather than PHP. I think the set
of people using PHP on BSD is roughly the same as the set of people
shopping at Lumber Liquidators for a good deal on nuclear reactor
components.
