[Semibug] July 17, 2018 meeting may conflict with Southeastern Michigan Azure User Group - tentative topic is one that may be interesting

All,

The Southeastern Michigan Azure User Group (SMAUG) is tentatively 
meeting at Altair both in July and November this year (2018).  The July 
meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2018 which may conflict with SemiBUG 
if the dates hold.

The topic may be interesting to the group, though:  Microsoft is 
planning to bring in AI experts to show off some real apps using Azure 
AI frameworks.  While it's not BSD-centric, these frameworks may be 
called from just about anything, and some of them may be run locally in 
containers.

So, please let me know what the groups' preference is:  1) move dates to 
a week before or a week after, or 2) join the SMAUG for that night (it's 
free and refreshments will be provided) to hear their speakers.
