Well, we're coming to the home stretch for the holiday party this 
coming Wednesday night.

We will begin setup at noon on Wednesday.

We definitely need some volunteers that early on Wednesday for setup, 
but the volunteers for during the event should all arrive at 5 pm if at 
all possible.

I have a good list of volunteers, but we will need more of course.  
Please email me offlist to add your efforts.

Remember, we are co-sponsors for this event, and it's our 
responsibility to make it happen right.
