Just created a mailing list for the upstate New York Capitol District 
region, CDBUG-talk

Jonathan Franks is administering the list.

Anyone is obviously invited to join, but it should obviously be aimed 
at those in the Albany/Schenectady/Troy area.

I'd recommend that JF posts some spiel about launching the list on 
Daemon News (bsdnews.com), Undeadly.org, etc.
