[nycbug-talk] Troubleshooting CVSup.

Any pointers on troubleshooting why CVS is not updating my sources?

Last time I updated to stable was back in October 2003. Same cvsup file as
last time, yet no data seems to be updated. I even deleted the UPDATING
and README file to see if they would come back and it didn't.

Thought it could be an issue with the particular mirror so tried another
one with the same result.
