SSH by default doesn't allow root to login directly, which you probably
aready know, so I think your question is asking if it's possible to disable
"su" from either telnet or SSH sessions so root can't have access to the box
except for console sessions?

Hmm... I don't think I have a clue, but I'm sure others on the list can help
out on this one.
