This would make the most sense to me if you had a subscription, and you 
then had access to download the ISO as soon as it was available.  Of 
course people will cheat this method, give it to their friends and 
co-workers, but that would certainly increase attraction of having a 
subscription.  But then they could also have one of those one-time-only 
downloads by email url.
