Normally, we meet in the theater on the second floor, but it tends to 
be noisy, and it's easy to be distracted by the background traffic. . .

Roland is doing the next meeting, and he wants to use the theater for a 
variety of legitimate reasons.  So for the next meeting, it's all about 
speaker's privilege . . .

Let's use the theater for the next meeting, and maybe take a vote at 
the next meeting about the location of the June meeting.
