You may remember this pacakge from my talks last week, too.  (That is,
_if_ you paid attention ;-)

I first saw Tor at the Usenix Security Symposium last Summer, where the
developers presented it.  (After the presentation, tor was in pkgsrc. :)

It recently moved to the EFF site, since EFF became a sponsor of tor.
