[nycbug-talk] extracting a windows cab file... sigh...

I'd like to repair a friends W2000 computer.

Long story short, I need to replace 
root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

with 
 geo at fuji:~ % file /Volumes/W2PSEL_EN/I386/NTOSKRNL.EX_
/Volumes/W2PSEL_EN/I386/NTOSKRNL.EX_: Microsoft Cabinet file, 761193 bytes, 1 file

but I've no idea how to extract a cab file... the w2000 disk fails to start.

I can boot frisbie for full access to replace it but....
