Thanks...  Didn't fix it, but I do have it built.

I was reading the "build.xml" file and one of the things mentioned there 
to aid debugging was to but "debug=on" in the build.properties file.  I 
did that in hopes of gathering more info.  Oddly enough, it builds 
successfully when that is enabled.

Odd.

If I do it again without the debug flag it bombs.
