I'm trying to define an opening for a SysAdmin position in
North Jersey.  Does anyone have a good reference such as salary
surveys, etc. for this region?  I really want to hire someone
but I don't know what the fair market rate is around here.

A range would be great so I can get a ballpark idea of what 
it will cost for X level of experience.  Maybe SAGE/Usenix
has a publication?
