I know what you mean pete.  Most the ones I've used in the past have
dropped.  Here a snip from my main.cf.

#       reject_rbl_client relays.ordb.org
#       reject_rbl_client sbl.spamhaus.org
#       reject_rbl_client opm.blitzed.org
        reject_rbl_client list.dsbl.org
