Nnot exactly sure about these rigs, (likely great boxes) but I've
noticed one issue lately-
These Xeon's eat power something fierce, so they're bloody all over
the place, fire sale style... (especially servers).
If you have power to spare wherever you are, snatch up all the Xeon
machines you can right now!!! But if you plan to put older Xeon
chips in colo, prepare to pay the piper in power... (Oil went to $88
in the US yesterday, energy prices go crazy with it...)
