And by all-at-once you mean between now and 2017 when the rollout is
complete. Guess which end of that Brooklyn is on?
It took over 20 years to finally install cable tv across all five boroughs.

... or any other one-to-many stream of information, obviously. Not
just high-bandwidth, but also low-bandwidth+many listeners.
