Providers, no.  We use Asterisk with an AGI script for it.  I didn't  
set it up, so I don't know details, but I could get them if you were  
interested.  I'd be a little leery of doing e-mail that way, otherwise  
you'll end up with Asterisk calling you asking if you want to extend  
the length of your penis or buy some cheap Cialis, but it's an option.
