[nycbug-talk] FreeBSD 9 installation failure

Hi all,

Having an awkward time getting FreeBSD 9 release installed on one of my dedicated servers.  The installation is going back to the beginning after the addition of the
secondary user. If we reboot from there,
it's unable to boot, so the installation is obviously not completing. 

Has anyone seen this before?  Any suggestions for debugging?
