I had forgotten about them and saw someone had one recently, dangling
around their neck.

I didn't get to do much with it, but it was cool considering its base
cost is $9.

If I could do a minimal amount of functions like ssh, serial console,
etc., I could definitely find a use for a few of these.

IIRC it's running some stripped down Linux, and $9 doesn't include much.
It can run on regular batteries, which is cool.

The keyboard is a major PITA though.
