Yes this is the problem only Windows 7 Seems to be complaining about
a missing CD-DVD Driver. FreeBSD just core dumps after a failure with CD-DVD
Drive.

The Drive is listed as a CD ROM with the correct Device Name i.e the CD-DVD-RW.
In the diagnostic I can run test but all pass.
