[talk] Request help getting article from IEEE

If you are a member of IEEE and can help me obtain an article from 
https://ieeexplore.ieee.org, please contact me (off list).

While preparing a new tech talk, I tried to purchase a document from 
this site, but the registration form did not accept any data in the 
password field.  I have filed a bug report about this.

However, I really would like to get the document as soon as possible -- 
even if that means meeting up with someone in NYC to get a digital or 
written copy and pay for the expense.
