Yup.  Know the post.

So ends up the /etc/rc.local way is not the right way to set ulimit on
OpenBSD.

Need to use /etc/login.conf class.  But still working on this... still
getting ulimit errors with 991 connections.

We'll keep everyone posted, but I am on 3 different OpenBSD relays to
play with for this, and Brian is on nycbug1.

Linus: once we sort this out, where is this best documented for the Tor
project?  Obviously, the OpenBSD pkg can dump it in after-message... but
both places would be nice.
