[Tor-BSD] Tor Browser 6.0 for testing

There were some significant hurdles with the jump to Firefox-ESR 45 and
some other changes, but TB 6.0 for OpenBSD is available for testing.

6.0.2 is in the works.. .and should be a lot easier.

We definitely need others to test it, which of course requires a recent
OpenBSD amd64 snapshot.
