[Tor-BSD] buildbot create issue

I'm having some issues adding a new OpenBSD relay to Christian S's
buildbot at buildbot.pixelminers.net.  I have other relays there (well,
one is dead and needs to be replaced), so I'm a little perplexed.

This is from slave/twisted.log:

This doesn't make any sense to me... it's a new buildbot instance, and
to avoid any previous logins, I've changed slave/info/host several
times, and the password is irrelevant since it's a new host.

I do need to update the OpenBSD snapshot, but this has been an issue for
a while.
