It downloads tor-browser-v6.0.8-esr45.6.0 from OpenBSD:

DISTNAME=       v6.0.8-esr45.6.0
PKGNAME=        tor-browser-${TORBVER}
# Use OpenBSD distfile
MASTER_SITES=   ${MASTER_SITE_OPENBSD:=distfiles/tor-browser/}

I hope it the right version.
