Good stuff.... great discussion.

But this discussion should be on talk at .  We saw this list (rightly or
wrongly) as a broad organizing platform for the con, but we can't
segregate this discussion from the wider membership of NYC*BUG.

We're also going to drop this list.  Not only is the last con over, but
we need to figure out a better way to broaden the organizing without
keeping the issues relevant to the wider membership in the dark.

So someone should open this thread there... and sub to talk@ and
announce@ if you haven't already.
