I agree, It would be great if each day has a team or more, like:

Day One: Management & Operation
10 - 1pm Managing Multiple Servers
2 - 5 pm Operating in a mixed Environment

Day Two: Sysadmin Scripting
10 - 1pm Shell Scripting
2 - 5pm Perl
