          o Job description:

            Tech Support will report directly to the Director of System
Operations. Primary goals for the position will include office
workstation and hardware setup, maintenance, and
troubleshooting, product research and purchasing, and vendor
management. Tech Support will be directly responsible for
maintaining the high quality of office systems.


    * Required Skills:
          o Qualifications:

            Candidate must be proficient in working with and maintaining
Windows based workstations, primarily those running Windows XP
Professional, have a good working knowledge of mail software
such as Outlook Express and Mozilla Thunderbird. Basic
networking and cabling knowledge is required. Candidate must
have strong interpersonal, organizational, and written skills.

            Knowledge of phone systems, Windows Active Directory, and
power management are a plus.
