services.
    * Job description:

      Development Operations Manager will report directly to the Director
of Development of Visual Trading Systems, LLC. The DOM is
responsible for the operational aspects of all day-to-day
development at VT. Candidate will coordinate with development
participants to ensure that product development is proceeding
smoothly in accordance with the principles and processes specified
by the Development Specifications. DOM will be responsible for
resource management, release coordination, and inter-office
communication. The chosen candidate will enforce the software
development process and lifecycle.



# Required Skills:

    * Qualifications:

      Candidate must have significant experience leading and overseeing
large scale software projects. Candidate should be an innovative
problem solver, manifest productivity within his or her group, and
be able to organize and document effective procedures for a complete
software product life-cycle. Version control (CVS), source
management, and release planning abilities are a must. Should be
familiar with deployment organization and procedures.

      Candidate should have some or all the following software development
experience, in addition to managerial qualifications:
          o Windows GUI/Active-X/COM development, Delphi preferred
          o Java/J2EE, Weblogic or JBoss preferred
          o Database design and administration, Oracle and Postgres preferred
          o Systems design and documentation, UML

      Knowledge of trading systems design, Forex market, financial market
operations, and fluency in Russian a plus.
