    * Description:

      This person will assist in the design and implementation of the
new turret product. The person will focus on the operating system and
services. The person must have extensive experience in Linux systems
programming using C++. Strong verbal and written communication is
required. Strong networking is required. This is a longer term contract
position with a minimum of a 6 month contract.

    * Required Skills:

      Required Skills/Experience:
          o Design/Implementation:
          o C++ on Unix and/or Linux (Linux is heavily preferred)
          o Distributed and concurrent programming
          o OOP/OOD
          o SQL knowledge
          o Strong verbal and written communication
          o Strong networking
          o Process (full life cycle development)

      Desired Skills/Experience:
          o Design/Implementation:
          o Embedded development, particularily on PowerQuicc and ARM
processors
          o Systems- and architecture-level design experience
          o Telephony experience
          o In memory caching
          o Unix/Linux system administration (this is not an
administrative role, however we would like some understanding of this
area)
