RESPONSIBILITIES
- The MDM (Master Data Management) Solutions Architect will provide expert knowledge of enterprise master data strategies and best practices.
- The MDM Architect will drive master data schema development, access business rules, and master data design and migration processes.
- This person will provide standards, guidelines, processes, and expertise to consistently address recurring strategic enterprise master data issues such as data convergence, data standards, and data synchronization. Provide knowledge of enterprise master data strategies and best practices.
- MDM Architect will be responsible for helping with the evaluation of the tool, delivery of MDM technology and strategic initiatives.
- Lead MDM solution design supporting business goal
- Perform analysis and design of data governance processes. Guide universal data model adjustment for multi-entity MDM implementation
- Define Guidelines & policies for Data Governance/Standardization,
- Must have experience in hierarchy management solutions.
- Ability to consult and educate business users on MDM matters, issues and get them involved in the project
- Provide methodological assistance and team mentoring for MDM implementation

REQUIREMENTS

- 2-3 full cycle MDM implementations
- MDM Architecture - 4+ yrs
- Two MDM tools knowledge - implementation experience with Initiate is a must
- Analytical skills
- Experience integrating MDM products with other systems
- Must have at least 6-7 years of IT experience.
- Data Modeling for MDM
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
