Looking for a solid SA:

# You are: master of, or eager to learn:
- solid UNIX fundamentals (BSD mentality, Linux Experience)
- best practices for various tech deployed
- shell scripting and software deploy experience
- have managed virtual machine environments
(preferably jail(8) or xen experience)
- real-world HA web application architecture
- real-world HA networking experience
 (CARP, LAGG, Linux-HA, HSRP, VRRP, etc...)
- real-world internet-facing security fundamentals

# You possess:
- a desire to create world-class systems
- humble, reliable, and interested in learning

# The shop:
- rails/mysql shop
- an internet company
- 3 year old startup in extremely high-growth period
- many cloud services, at odds with compliance and business needs

# Near-term project targets:
- Infrastructure Clean Up (Oil Change at 80mph)
- Deploy/Release Management Enhancements
- Configuration Management Cleanup
- User Management Cleanup
- Prep for Systems/Application Audits coming, (PCI)

# You will need to maintain patience with:
- fast-moving targets (the UNIX group is here to provide stability)
