Linux has been certified POSIX.1. It was done by a company called Lasemoon.
No one cared about linux being POSIX, and the company tanked. Apparently
another german company called Unifix Software seems to have continued with
this POSIX compliancy effort, and it seems not too many people take notice of
this either.
IMO customers just don't care about SUS/POSIX as they used to anymore.
