Yes, a library with dibs on who gets to read what first. NCYBUG should
work out the fine details (how long a book can be out, if it's a big deal
if a book stays borrowed for an extended period, if the library has a physical
location or if people just swap at meetings, etc.) I just want to see the
books put to good use; I also don't want to drag down books noone is
interested in.
