thanks tillman!  i've quickly checked out your script, and it looks
pretty much inline with what i'm doing (although your script is much
more elegant than mine ;).  ahh i think i got it now....i was setting
up blanket rules ala:


ipfw pipe 1 config bw 300Kbit/s

which now that i think about it will obviously throttle all
interfaces....execellent.....gonna give this a try tonight i hope!
