another AI question

There is frequent chatter about the "AI apocalypse".. but the first
question I ask is "what does that mean?"

To some it means Nvidia stock collapses.

To others it means "singularity" or AGI to the point of say, "I, Robot"
world.

I'm curious what others think "AI apocalypse" means. Is it a concern,
and if so, what does it mean in practice?

I have my own opinion, but I'll hold it in my pocket until the summer...
