[CDBUG-talk] Dell R210

The PERC H200 is supported by the mps driver, which unfortunately wasn't
merged into 8-STABLE until March (8.2-RELEASE was in Feb).  Try using the
current 8-STABLE snapshot instead of 8.2-RELEASE.
